Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Chesapeake, VA Area (Must live within 70 miles)
💰 PAY & COMPENSATION
- Weekly Average: $1,800
- Pay Rate: $0.90 CPM
- Weekly Bonus: $100
Additional Pay:
- Unload Pay: $240 per load
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop
- Short Haul Pay: $40 (under 51 miles)
🚚 POSITION DETAILS
- Freight: Floor load / roller delivery
- Unload: Driver unload (rollers, racks, load bars)
- Load Type: Live unload
- Miles: ~1,000 per week
- Equipment: Automatic trucks
- Schedule: Day & Night shifts
- Operations: Dedicated freight
🏠 HOME TIME
- HOME WEEKENDS
- Leave out night before with early morning delivery
- Occasional Saturday deliveries
⚠️ REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Must meet DOT & background requirements
- Trainees accepted
🎓 ORIENTATION
- Paid: $300 (after hire)
- Duration: 1–2 days
